Additionally, the concrete patio is located off the lower level, under the screened in porch, and contains a round glass top picnic table, 4 nice chairs and a new stainless gas grill. A Picnic Table has been added right near the grill for more seating. Other outdoor seating is available with additional folding chairs and we have plenty of chairs. A half moon bar with 4 elevated chairs is located on the cement patio on lower level. You can visit the Tiki Hut by boat. They have Live Music and are a full service Marina and restaurant. Also the New Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar is very nice.
Our Waterfront Home sleeps 12 IN BEDS. NO UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEPER-SOFAS, FUTONS OR BLOW-UPS. In 2017 we added a self inflating double high queen portable bed for lower floor.
The Upper Family room, on main level, offers seating for 6-8 while the Lower family room on the Patio level has seating for 10-12. This includes seating from an oak game table with 4 oak chairs and a sofa, suede side chairs, & a table/desk/game table combo/with bench.

If the property is re-booked by another guest, the prorated portion of the rental fee will be refunded based on the cost for each day that the property is filled/re-rented. If days are available on the calendar, in case of a family emergency, dates may be moved, at no charge at the same booked rate.
