We are excited for you to come enjoy our newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in the beautiful Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach.
Waterpointe 2 is a gem in the family area of North Myrtle Beach, not too crowded, walk right out and enjoy the salt air & the waves.
Included in your stay are all beds made upon arrival and bath towels for all your guests, just bring your beach towel..We even have the beach chairs and sand toys waiting for you.
The Master has a King and a 40" smart TV,
Bedroom 2 has a Queen & the smaller 3rd bedroom has a full with a twin trundle for easy pullout. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's so everyone can have their own space.
The Master has its own ensuite updated bathroom and the other 2 share a bathroom with a large tiled shower with glass doors.
The Living area has a 55" flat screen and 2 full sized couches, 1 of which has a Queen sleeper sofa. The Balcony off of the living area & Master are roomy and have a custom built platform to allow for better views of the beach.
For your safety the balcony has a window screen. It prevents any little ones from peeking over rails or trying to get on the roof of the indoor pool. Honestly it is a security measure that has been well appreciated by many guests. Don't worry, you can still hear the waves crashing & being on the 2nd floor gets you down in the sand a little faster.
It is great to enjoy the free wifi while hearing the waves that are just steps away.
The new farmhouse style dining table seats 9, made to seat many with bench seating, very beachy, just like the rest of our decor. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
The Kitchen is being remodeled in February 2018 & is fully furnished all the way to the blender and waffle maker. We also have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close..you can be in some great restaurants in a very short time. We picked the right place for you to vacation.
The amenities include a large indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, and indoor hot tub, all just steps from the beach. Easy beach access with showers to wash off after that relaxing visit on the beach or a day of playing in the sand. We also have a picnic area with tables and park style grills. There is an exercise room on the second floor. There is a very nice community room for guests to enjoy the area inside near the pool and lobby area. It is a great place to make new friends.
There are 2 elevators and luggage and grocery carts to make unpacking and unloading a breeze. We hope you will enjoy your stay and make our home sweet "condo" your favorite vacation place.
