Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa is located in Exclusive Pawleys Plantation in Pawleys Island. This is located 20 miles from Myrtle Beach and 60 from Charleston SC. This condo is perfect for Golfers or Families who want more. Pawleys is a beautiful gated community located 2 miles from one of the most natural and private beaches on this coast. Golfers will enjoy having an Jack Nicklaus Masterpiece course right outside their door as well as 2 more Nationally acclaimed courses within 4 miles, True Blue and Caledonia.
The condo is on the course at the end of a long winding road lined with Oak Trees draped with moss. The setup is like an old southern plantation with winding stairs. This unit is one of only 4 in the building and has tons of room and privacy. There are two bedrooms each featuring a double and a queen bed. The bedroom are very separated for privacy. Perfect for 2 families, families with kids or 4 golfers.
There is a well equipped kitchen featuring new appliances, dishes, cooking needs and even a Keurig Coffee Maker. Our items are new and modern so you feel like you are getting your money's worth. Help yourself to one of our sample coffee or teas.
Our living area is open and well appointed with a cathedral ceiling and nice fluffy couch and chairs. We have a 6 ft glass dining table perfect for eating together or playing some games. We have a board game shelf that even includes cards and a poker set for you men. Or choose a jigsaw puzzle for everyone to help with during your stay. You will find booklets about the area scattered about. Or just sit back and enjoy our 48 inch flat screen smart TV. We have assorted DVDs for the DVD player or you can rent them at the Redbox close by. There is cable with assorted channels also.
Each bedroom features a Double and a Queen bed with all new Serta inner gel comfort mattresses that we replace yearly. The linens are provided and are Egyptian microfiber, not cheap cotton from the rental company. Each room also features a flat screen TV and DVD player for getting away from the crowd.
We have 2 whole baths that feature hairdryers, soaps and shampoos and Ralph Lauren plush towels. We never charge extra for towels, after all, you already paid us.
There is a Carolina room off the back of the condo where you can sit and look out over the Olympic size pool, right to the golf course. The room has sliding panels that close it in if you want a cool place to relax or open the sliders for a screened in atmosphere. Out here you will find extra towels for the pool and beach. In one of the storage closets you can find beach chairs that fold up also.
The front porch is also beautiful and features two rockers if you want to sit and look at another view of the Plantation.
We have a Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher as well as a microwave in the kitchen and one bedroom. There is also a small fridge in one bedroom.
The living room has a wet bar with everything provided but the booze.
The condo is located across the drive from the grand clubhouse. Here there is a Diner type restaurant that serves three meals a day and a pro shop with a pub that is open til 7.
2 Miles down the road is the beautiful Pawleys Island beach. There is free public parking. This beach is a protected area so you wont see any high rises or hotels. Just "arrogantly shabby" beach bungalows lining a wide white coast. the island actually ends here so you can spend time on the sound fishing too.
Pawleys is a small quiet town full of friendly people, taverns, shops and non chain restaurants.
If you do feel like being tourists one day, Myrtle Beach is 20 miles away with Broadway at the Beach, The Hollywood Wax Museum, The Aquarium, The Upside Down House and Planet Hollywood.
Pawleys is also located 5 miles from Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of the southwest. Dine along the sound and the marsh and take a walk or rent a kayak.
