Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We take our guests safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure featuring a digital lock and you will be provided with your own unique key code.

- We rent to families and responsible adults ONLY. We DO NOT rent to students, groups of students or individuals under 24 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds
Misc:
A RING doorbell with a video camera monitors the front door area outside this condo. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted on the rental agreement. It in no way infringes upon the expectations of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund
