Additional information about rental rates
Rates include bed linens, towels and a departure cleaning. From June through August one week rentals are required with check-in on Saturday and check-out the following Saturday by 10:00 AM. Monthly Rentals: Available only January, February, and March @ $1,550/month.
A 3.2% processing fee for credit cards. Renters will be e-mailed a lease agreement and an invoice with a link to pay by credit card online.
