- Enjoy yourself at this great resort with every amenity! Unit is clean and well-maintained. Oceanfront balcony has views up and down the coastline. Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Lazy Rivers, Restaurant, Poolside Grill & Bar, Fitness Center. Unit is a 1 bedroom-deluxe which means you enter the unit into the kitchen area. NEW FOR 2017 IS IMPROVED INTERNET ACCESS in the unit!! Also in the unit is a 50" 4K Ultra HDTV in the living room and 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom. Sleeps up to 8 people (2 double beds in bedroom, Murphy bed and sleeper sofa in the living room). NOTE - linens for the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa are an additional fee and will be quoted upon request.
- We strive to keep a clean and maintained unit and there were a lot of upgrades made to the unit and new paint in 2016.
- Special restrictions:
- * This is a non-smoking resort. No Smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony.
- * The owner also does not allow pets at any time.
- * Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
- Rates quoted are for up to 4 people and linens for the 2 beds in the bedroom. If you are needing linens for the murphy bed or sleeper sofa, please let me know and those will be quoted for additional fee.
- MONTHLY RENTALS are available for snowbirds. Please send me a request for dates, number of occupants, etc and I will get back to you with a quote.
