Things to Know:
1. The address is 6101 Nixon Street, North Myrtle Beach, SC. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent; no exceptions.
2. The house sits on the channel and is 1 block off the beach; it is an easy 5 minute stroll and we provide a beach buggy for your beach items. Several golf courses within 15 miles and the community boat ramp is only 7 blocks away.
3. Parking available for up to 6 cars.
4. Linens, cleaning & damage protection will be added to the rate. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
5. The North Myrtle Beach dredging project is complete and we now have 3' of water at low tide and up to 6' at high tide.
