This beautiful Carolina beach Home sleeps 15 people. It includes 5BR,4.5 BA, an expansive patio, recreation room, and off street parking for 5 cars. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a 'beachy' decor to provide the renter with an instant feel for a beach vacation atmosphere.
We include thoughtful amenities such as golf carts (2), bicycles (7), a recreation room with a tv, ipod station, ping pong, and shuffleboard. Beach towels (15), beach chairs (10) , and beach games and boogie boards are also included.
CANCELLATION POLICY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. AFTER THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN RE-BOOKED AFTER YOUR CANCELLATION. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

A short ride to the beach in golf carts from within the community brings you to a protected parking area at the beach. Once there you can enjoy the beach and dine at the Conch Restaurant. The Conch Restauarant is located on the beach and includes an outdoor dining deck with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.
The beach is not the only amazing vacation experience you can enjoy from renting our home. The golfing courses within a 20 minute drive are some of the best in the Myrtle beach area. Many are finely manicured from the old rice plantations that were prevelent in this area from years past. The surrounding Myrtle Beach area contains over 100 golf courses of all price ranges within a 45 minute drive.
If golf is not your interest or you want to experience the combination of fine and casual dining, recreational water activites, or sport fishing then Murrells Inlet is a short 15 minute drive away to the south. I strongly urge you to visit this area.
Just a 15 min drive to the north is Broadway at the Beach. This and other areas within a 10 minute driving radius includes opportunities for waterparks, outlet shopping, casual dining, night clubs, and live entertainment shows.

NotesThis beach house includes wireless internet for your convenience. We also provide two golf carts, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach games. The recreation room includes a ping pong table, a shuffleboard, a tv and two oscillating fans. The back of the house has a large, expanded deck. We provided comfortable seating for 12 people on the deck. The front of the house has off street parking available for up to 5 cars. There is a front porch with rocking chair seating and a back deck accessible from the master bedroom. The downstairs has a separate kitchen and breakfast bar. Both the upper level and the lower level are equipped with a washer and dryer.
