I wanted to send a message regarding our response to the COVID-19 virus for our current and future guests. We know how important vacations are to our physical and mental health and a great way to reconnect with family and build lasting memories. Unfortunately, this year the COVID-19 virus brings uncertainty to our minds that may undermine the long-awaited family vacation.
Due to the current conditions, we have implemented a flexible cancellation policy for rentals this year (2020). We are allowing our current and future renters the ability to cancel with a 100% refund up to the day prior to their stay. We want to provide our guests with the greatest amount of time and flexibility to make their decision.
At the homes, we have stepped up our cleaning and sanitation efforts and added an additional cleaner for the Saturday check-in/check-out.

Easy walk to the Beach! Located ¾ mile south of the Surfside pier wonderful restaurants and bars and 2 miles north of Garden City Pier with large arcade and fishing available. The home is just a short drive from Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach.
Outdoors: A complete backyard entertainment area: Heated 12 x 24 ft. in-ground pool, a 6 person hot tub, a large 14 x 28 patio area with fire pit and gas grilling station, and plenty of seating for everyone. There is a second gas grill on the side of the house and a charcoal grill. Parking under garage & driveway accommodates 4 cars depending on size.
Indoors: A very clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully furnished home. It has free High-Speed WIFI service & the kitchen has everything you need to accommodate 16 people. The living room has been furnished with a 50” Roku TV.
Spacious 5 Bedroom beach house with 4 Full & 1 Half baths. This home will accommodate 16. There is a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Bedrooms 1-3 have 55" flat-panel Roku TVs, Bedroom #4 has a 40" and Bedroom #5 is equipped with a 50” plasma TV.
