We have a 42 inch Flat Panel TV in the living area, along with a stereo system. The dining room seats six, four at the table and two at the breakfast bar. There is room enough for entertaining family and friends. The bedroom has a king-size bed, 40 Inch Flat Panel TV with DVD player, as well as built-in bunk bed in the hall alcove. We also have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops, with a glass tiled back splash, Franke Stainless Steel sinks and is fully-equipped with all new appliances, Full Size Washer and Dryer included. The bathroom has 3/4 tiled walls and floors, including chair height toilet. This is a NON SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED CONDO.
This resort has a oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, outside showers, and picnic tables, and a grilling area. Our building also has two glass elevators, located on each end of the building.
