Property Description Beach Home With 4 Bedrooms - Just Steps to the Ocean
Beautiful yet comfy beach house – Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Perfect for families with multi-generations! Our home has FOUR spacious bedrooms each with a private bath. The king and queen bedrooms open directly onto the screened living porch. There are hair dryers in the bedrooms with King and queen beds, one less thing for you to pack.
There are 4 TV’s ~ 2 TV’s are in the main living areas and 2 TV’s are in the bedrooms. The screened porch has a large gathering table for al fresco dining. Our family loves to cook and you will find a well stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils in good condition. There is a large laundry room near the kitchen. We do not have pool access but find we really don’t miss it as we are so close to the ocean.
In the back yard there is another deck with charcoal grill and outdoor showers. There is also a large utility room on the lower level with an extra fridge for drinks, coolers, and beach chair storage.
Litchfield Beach has been our home away from home for many years. We love the Pawleys Island community for the golf courses, boating, fine dining, beaches and shopping. Beautiful Brookgreen Gardens is just a short bike ride away on the bike trail. You can easily be in Myrtle Beach in 30 minutes or enjoy a day trip to historic Charleston.
