This is a family owned condo that we love! We welcome any visitors that will please treat it as such and enjoy it as much as we do! Our goal is to build repeat fabulous guests!
Beautiful ocean views from this unit and the balcony! Please be aware there is no elevator. But you get past that once you see how close the beach is, it's RIGHT there! Breakfast on the balcony is one of my favorite times of day! Any given day of watching can include surfers, pelicans, or dolphins! It's so relaxing!
****2 parking spots per unit but they are not assigned. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly.
Rentals include linens (sheets and towels - but NO beach towels are provided) and utilities, including Wi-Fi.

***** Outside grill provided. Make sure EVERYTHING is cleaned up after use. Nothing can be left in the backyard, everything must be discarded properly!
SURFSIDE BEACH, SC ~ "The family beach" ~ Great environment for relaxing! MANY area attractions including a ton of golf courses, loads of shopping, restaurants galore, etc! ****IMPORTANT!! NEW laws for Surfside Beach, canopy tents ARE allowed once again!! They must be spaced 10 feet apart and they, along with all chairs/umbrellas, must be 8 feet from the dunes! THEY ARE POLICING AND ENFORCING THESE RULES!!
