Arrival and departure is based on Saturday to Saturday during the summer rental dates. Off season rentals may vary depending on the length of the requested stay. Discounts are given for return rentals. Holiday dates, before and after the date, are $5.00 more per night (does not apply to weekly rentals except July 4th week. Surcharge of $100 for that week.). Utilities (electricity and water) are included up to a limit of $250 for monthly rentals and $75 for weekly rentals. This to encourage responsible heat and A/C settings. Overage usage will be deducted from the security deposit.
