Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or jogging.
The Brigadune is located on a secluded oceanfront drive. The beach is not crowded like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the madness of downtown Myrtle, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.
The famous 'Restaurant Row' is located just a mile away, along with the new Tanger Outlets right around the corner! Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. For great shopping, Marshalls, Ross, Kirkland's, Walmart and many more stores are five minutes away, as well as the Colonial Mall and Cinemas. Kroger is a three-minute drive just right down the street.
Our spacious condominium is exceptionally quiet and offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean, decorated in a combination of whimsical beach meets luxury condo. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 8. This newly remodeled unit has ample furnishings for a large family or group of travelers. The kitchen is completely stocked with all appliances, including a Keurig coffeepot. The bedrooms have all new luxury bedding with pillowtop and memory foam mattress tops. Sheets, bath towels and other linens are provided in the extra charge you will see labeled as Cleaning and Linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
We recently updated the balcony glass doors, and there is a lip at the bottom as you're going out that is higher than normal. Please note this in your mind so that you step high enough when going outside. We also have warning stickers on it in the condo. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.
Location, Location, Location ... yes, there is nothing like location! Nothing compares to 'Direct Oceanfront'. If you're going to come to the beach, why not go all the way, and !!! Be on the beach !!!

During May thru September, we only rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation policy - A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 fee but the remainder of your first payment will be refunded to you. If cancellation is made within 45 days of booking, you will lose your entire first payment.
