This open floor plan home was built in 2007 and outfitted with all new furniture in 2010. NEW CARPET was installed in all bedrooms for 2017. The master suite is located upstairs and features a queen bed, a cedar lined dresser, satellite HDTV, Blu ray DVD, and a sitting area overlooking the lake. This house has a paved driveway off a paved street in a nice neighborhood. A well kept lawn with sprinkler system will have you going barefoot and relaxing as soon as you get out of the car!

Rentals for new customers are only available for booking no more than 7 months in advance. Repeat customers may book up to 12 months in advance. Only full week rentals in June, July and August are accepted up until 60 days in advance of check-in. After that 60 day period, partial week rentals for June, July, and August will be accepted as open dates permit. Partial week rates available for holidays, weekend rates also available, please call. Rental rates are updated by October 1 for the following calendar year. Reservations made prior to the October 1 date for the following calendar year will be informed of the potential rate increase and allowed to cancel with no penalty once new rates are published. Requests for partial weeks during peak demand periods, (summer, holidays, Master's golf tournament, etc.), will be queued and handled at the discretion of the owner. The owner reserves the right to deny any partial week requests (example: 2 nights) in anticipation of requests for longer stays (example: 4 nights).
Additional charges of $15/night per person applies when more than 6 adults are staying. Small children not included in this overage count.
