Fiddlers Cove Beach & Racquet Club is a 23 acre resort , just a 5 minute shaded walk (or 2 minute bike ride) to Folly Field Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island. Resort includes two pools, Jacuzzi tub, several play areas for kids, indoor racquetball courts, ping pong, Clay tennis courts and bike rental delivery. Bike racks are throughout the resort.
Just finished our third summer rental season and we are looking forward to 2019. I've listened to renter comments and continue to make this one of the best units folks can rent at Fiddler's Cove. We just finished a complete renovation of the kitchen which includes new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops. A new bed and box spring are in the second bedroom. New living room sleeper sofa and upgraded the wet bar. We've also added new dining room chairs, a few new items in the kitchen including a new set of non-stick pots & pans, utensils, cutlery and small appliances. New bed quilts, cellular shades and items for the beach. Unit has two full baths, a large flat screen TV in living room and washer and dryer. WiFi, Cable TV & Internet. A past renter had concerns about a crack in the front door frame so we've installed a new door, frame and locks which makes our unit secure and easy to access. No keys required. Folly Field Beach has public bathrooms, out door showers, and a boardwalk..

Notes"Take it" or "Break It" rules. Unfortunately, the time for trusting folks in
our home has been tested to the point where I have to set some clear rules. We have had several personal items taken and destroyed by renters who think they are at the Holiday Inn. This is our home - which we open to folks who need to understand, this is not the Holiday Inn. Your experience at our condo is incredibly better than a 150 square foot box at a hotel and we will only continue to make it available if everyone understands, if it's broken or taken - you will be charged. Our condo is inspected after each check-out.
