You may find you don't need to get back into the car for anything. Under the building, free parking is also available (car pass is required, Limit 2 vehicles).

Cancellations/refunds: Owner guarantees occupancy of the Condo for the specified time period and Tenant guarantees payment for this specified period . Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, Owner must be able to re-rent Condo for the specified dates of occupancy for any monies to be refundable. If able to re-rent, monies will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee and less the difference (if any) between the rental rate set forth herein and the re-rental rate. If unable to re-rent, all monies would be nonrefundable by Owner. For all cancellation requests send written notice via e-mail or via a mail delivery service.
