Fees include linens, heating of rooftop hot tub and departure cleaning. RENTALS LESS THAN 7 DAYS ARE AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 1 THOUGH MARCH 5 AND CAN BEGIN ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. You may cancel your reservation 75 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit, less $200. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. if your choice of payment is by credit card all fees incurred will be passed on to the renter. (our 2nd payment preference is by check and we strongly encourage this).
