Welcome to our villa, located on 1st floor in building 3, very convenient, no need to wait for elevator. This building has direct access to the inside heated pool, (perfect for the cooler months or rainy days), whirlpool, kiddie pool, exercise room, sauna, and running track. The largest of the 3 pools is located by building 1 and its 2 minutes away. There is also deli/store and pool bar by building 1 for your enjoyment, you can rent bikes from there. There are 6 tennis courts, racquetball courts. There is another outside pool by our building which is more intimate.
Our 2 bedrooms, 2 baths villa has just been renovated and is beautifully furnished. It is just awaiting your arrival!

All the furniture, mattresses, bedding sheets, towels and kitchen small appliances are new.
The master bedroom offers comfortable queen size bed with premium mattress, large elegant dresser and its adjoined to the master bath with shower and tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, night table, wall mounted TV and a large closet. The 2nd bathroom with shower is conveniently located just across the hall. You will enjoy the cozy living room with pull out queen size sofa, coffee table and 32 inches LCD TV and DVD for your entertainment.
The screened balcony, just off the living room, is perfect to enjoy glass of wine in the evening; it's furnished with 2 chairs and a table. The beautiful new dining set sits 4-6 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator (has ice maker), stove/oven, microwave. There are new pots and pans, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils for your convenience; everything is brand new.
We are just 7 minutes away from the beach, a short stroll over the private boardwalk. If you prefer you can get a ride on the golf cart provided by the resort during the season. Enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh that is abundant with wild life including egrets, herons and crabs. At the beach there is CoCo's bar that serves refreshing drinks, yummy sandwiches and snacks during the season; you can also play beach volleyball.
