The Master bedroom, painted in a restful misty green, has a king-size bed, private bath with walk in shower, television, large closet, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds set against a deep blue wall with yellow and blue comforters and shams. This bedroom also has a television and lots of closet space. The adjacent bath is decorated in a matching blue.
Our fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook up a storm or just fix a leisurely breakfast to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Keep an eye out for dolphins having their breakfast just off the beach! For your convenience a full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen.
The living area has a magnificent ocean view and direct access to the balcony. It is designed for comfortable conversation, reading, or watching a movie on our large screen TV and DVD player combination. The couch converts to a queen-size sleeper for two additional guests.
If you have mobility issues, the elevator will be helpful as well as our new walk-in shower in the master bath and the zero entry swimming pool. You will find the building well maintained inside and out. Every year we make some improvements to our condo. Recent renovations include the master bath renovation, new master bedroom furniture and a new clothes dryer.
The large oceanfront pool with separate baby pool sets the scene for relaxing or swimming while watching the waves roll in. The pool is even cooled on the hottest days. Our complex is gated for privacy. Golf courses abound on Hilton Head and we will tell you how to get some good rates. Hi-speed wireless internet connection allows you to check on your email. Miles of hard packed sand and more miles of bike trails offer many hours of bicycling fun.
