The unit is located on the second floor of Building Three which is closest to the beach. It has a side ocean view. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a large sunken bath tub and sliding doors leading out to the main balcony. The second bedroom has two double-size beds and bath. Sliding doors also lead out to a second balcony. The sofa in the living room folds out to a sleeper. The unit is decorated in beach tones with ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, dining room & living room, bathrooms and berber carpet in the bedrooms. It has an open airy feel to it. Wireless High Speed Internet is available in the unit.
The condominium is in walking distance to just about everything.

Taxes: Rate includes all taxes & fees. Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel your reservation and we are able to re-rent your rental period, your deposit will be fully refunded. If we are unable to re-rent your rental period, your deposit will be forfeited. (Note: This has never happened in 18 years of renting this unit). Refunds will be made for any mandatory hurricane evacuation for the amount of days evacuated.
50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking along with your completed reservation form. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We do not do online booking - only direct communication with our guests. With your initial inquiry, we will send you our condo rental info & a very simple reservation form. Upon receipt of your reservation form & deposit, we will mail you a confirmation.
