This second-floor Villamare is a POOL/OCEAN FRONT villa offering great views of the pool and ocean in Palmetto Dunes. Our villa has all the comforts of home. Villa 3224 is furnished in a comfortable beach style with a tropical influence evident through out the unit. Free Wireless high speed internet service is available for our guests use.
Each bedroom features its own TV and its own balcony with incredible ocean/pool views.
This second-floor location is great for families with kids. A simple walk down the stairs and you are at the pool or beach. There are also 2 elevators in our building, #3.
Our Villamare has a full kitchen with a dining room table and 6 chairs. The living room features a comfortable chair, loveseat, and couch (with pull-out sleeper sofa), TV, DVD, VCR, and slider to an oceanfront balcony. If you are looking to vacation in style, our villa is just the place.

INCLUDED in the above rates are the cleaning fees and taxes, paid by the owner. NOT included is the $10/car/week car pass fee payable to Palmetto Dunes upon arrival to the car pass office.
Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed by receipt of the down payment.
Rentals during the Summer season are Saturday-Saturday only, unless specifically approved by the owner.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. Trip insurance is available and strongly recommended. NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDS FOR NATURAL DISASTERS OR STORMS.
