30 Haul Away is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort on an 11 mile waterway on which you can canoe and fish for miles. It is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. We are also walking distance to the Marriott Resort and the general store. Palmetto Dunes is a private gated community that offers a full range of vacation activities which include: golf, tennis, beach activities, spas, kayaking, biking, fishing and restaurants. The Dunes Buggy runs in high season to take guests to easy shopping and sights on HHI.
This spacious and well-lit waterfront home features magnificent views of the waterway and overlooks a luxurious pool and deck for total relaxation. Guests can choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full baths and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking! The home was completely renovated in June, 2010. Our designer purchased everything new from the carpet down to our 400 thread count sheets! Everything is new!! Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a CD/DVD player. The great room has a new high-definition flat screen television and Blu ray DVD. We have free wireless internet throughout the home.
New heat pumps have been installed in 2013. This provides the most efficient and quiet cooling and heating imaginable.
The back of the house opens up to a beautiful infinity pool with a waterfall. There is a large patio area surrounding the pool with furnishings for outdoor dining or relaxing and a captivating view of the 11 mile long lagoon/waterway. Fish from your own private dock or from a canoe or kayak that can be rented within steps of the home. You can rent kayaks and bikes from the nearby Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
