- 6502 Hampton Place, just south of the Omni Hotel & Resort, is a oceanfront complex offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas. Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, spa tub and barbecue area, children's pool, lap pool for adults, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. There is also a great exercise room available for guests on the property.
- This is a beautifully renovated fifth floor oceanfront villa with wonderful views. The kitchen has brand new appliances, countertops and kitchen cabinets. There is a counter with three barstools for a convenient eating area. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a full-size washer/dryer. The dining area is off the kitchen and has a table that seats six. The living area opens to the dining and kitchen area and features great ocean views. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, chair and a TV console with a 60' flat screen smart TV with Netflix and a DVD. There are doors to the oceanfront balcony off the living room.
