A two bedroom , 2 1/2 bath Villa that will be the center piece of an unforgettable vacation. Your Villa is recently remodeled and filled with all the comforts of home. From the richly appointed living room with it's sleeper sofa and love seat to the dining room with seating for eight, your families needs will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender w/food processor capabilities,slow cooker and George Foreman grill.The air conditioning system has been upgraded to a brand new state of the art cooling and heating facility that will guarantee your comfort ,regardless of the season.
Your families nights will be spent in the comfort of two large well appointed bedrooms. The master sleeps two on a Queen size mattress with full bath, TV and two fully lit closets. The lagoon below is framed in the large windows that run virtually the entire length of both first and second floors. The second bedroom sleeps four on the Queen and double beds and has it's own full bath, TV, DVD and two fully lit closets. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. The kids have not been forgotten. A Pack n play, high chair , beach chairs,wagon and large variety of DVDs have been provided at no extra charge and the condo has been equipped with child guard protection on all outlets a safety gate and child protective rails for the beds.

Start every morning on your balcony over looking the lagoon and fountain. Have your coffee while you watch the sun rise as the day begins with the serenity of the low country. Your options are unlimited. The pool at Springwood is with in sight of your balcony. If you want more choices there is a hot tub and pool at the Players Club. Both at your disposal . With your week at the Villa comes access to the Club and tennis center as well as the Aerobics, weights and racquetball facilities. All included at, again, no charge. We have also contracted with Island Head Watersports for a 10% discount on Wave runners, Parasailing and Banana boat rides. This is only the beginning of All that South Forest beach offers. Both Coligny Plaza, with all it's shops, and the beach are a short ten minute walk from your doorstep. Enjoy golf? You've come to the right place. Ten minutes by car gets you to 10 world class lay outs including the PGA tour stop at Harbor town.
To make a long story short it's a great vacation destination or an ideal home for the winter months for those snow birds that like the warmth of a southern winter.
Lynne and I have worked very hard to make our Townhouse the best in the complex.
