HHI Tide 21: Highlights of this tropical retreat include coastal colors, charming beach decor, a full kitchen, wood floors throughout, beach equipment provided, and extra COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
Located at the oceanfront Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, the villa is a short 4 minute stroll within the resort (no streets to cross) to the gorgeous beach and oceanside pool!
Our villa is on the top floor of a three-story building, which means no noisy upstairs neighbors and a beautiful view of the resort. The open floor plan accommodates up to 8 guests with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin (bunks), and 1 Queen Sofa Bed.
**In an effort to keep our guest as healthy as possible (from COVID-19 and in general), our cleaner is taking extra steps to clean and sanitize the villa between guests, including laundering all quilts and blankets after each stay.**
BEDROOMS:
Relax in the beautiful master suite which includes a comfortable King bed with a shiplap headboard and plenty of pillows. Make yourself at home by unpacking your clothes in the 2 chests of drawers and closet. Spend some quiet moments reading one of the novels we have left for you to enjoy or catch up on your favorite shows on the 40" flat screen tv with cable, DVD player, and Chromecast.
The second bedroom is perfect for your children or for a second couple! With a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds, this bedroom comfortably sleeps four. Store clothes, toys, or other belongings in the 2 huge drawers that roll out from under the beds. Enjoy some down time watching movies in bed on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Make your children's bedtime a breeze by letting them choose a story from our basket of children's books.
Each bedroom includes all bed linens, including sheets, blankets, quilts, bedbug/allergy proof mattress protectors, and pillows.
BATHROOMS:
Both the master en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom have tub/shower combos and storage under the sink. Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats and a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.
LIVING AREA:
Enjoy some family time in the main living area with 2 sofas, a 42" flat screen LED TV with cable, Chromecast, and a DVD player, a large DVD library and many board games. When it's time for bed, 2 guests can sleep comfortably on the pull-out queen bed.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a Brita filtered water pitcher. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans, flatware, cutting boards, measuring cups, are provided as well.
The villa is stocked with dish towels, placemats, and a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags to get you started.
When it's time to eat, the dining table seats 8 (with the additional leaf and 2 folding chairs)!
PRIVATE BALCONY:
Sip coffee or enjoy a glass of wine at the bistro table for two on your private balcony with ceiling fan.
SPECIAL DETAILS:
In this villa you will also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a huge selection of DVDs, books, children’s books, and board games for your entertainment. The villa also has several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and boogie boards for you to use, and a beach cart to tote all of your stuff!
RESORT AMENITIES:
Spend sun-kissed days splashing in the largest oceanfront pool and kiddie pool on the island or in a smaller, more private pool. (The pools are unheated and open year-round.)
Delight in the additional perks of this resort, including 8 lighted tennis courts, four pickle ball courts, a shaded playground, basketball court, community grills, and picnic tables. Additional on-site resort amenities include a fitness center, bike rentals, coin-operated laundry room, tennis pro shop, and three dining options, including CocoNut'z Sports Bar, Gator’z Pizza and Wingz, and Jamaica Joe’z Beach Bar -- all within a 4-minute walk. CocoNut'z and Gator'z have free in-resort delivery.
*PLEASE NOTE:
-Our villa is on the 3rd (and top) floor of our building. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb and are directly next to our villa.
-Our villa is a no smoking (no vaping) unit, including on the balcony.
-The resort does not allow pets in any of the villas.
-The resort requires each vehicle to have a parking pass. These passes can be only be purchased from the owner for $25 per vehicle. Please let us know how many passes you will need.
