Fantastic Location! Beautifully Updated two bedroom beach villa with ocean and beach views. Villamare 3328 is located in an Oceanfront building, just steps to the ocean. We have added a new easy access ramp to the beach, making the use of beachcarts, carriages a pleasure, no steps up or down. We also have an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, well equipped exercise facility with treadmills, exercise bikes, Universal weight machine, sauna, indoor hot tub and indoor pool. We have also redesigned and built a new grilling area with 4 new modern gas grills with granite countertops adjacent to our beautiful oceanfront picnic area. Villamare is next to the Marriott Hotel Resort with restaurants, bars and shops.
The living room furniture was updated with a comfortable couch, loveseat, end tables, and a large leather upholstered ottomon table.
For your convenience, High Speed WiFi is provided.
WiFi throughout the villa, a very strong and fast signal (secured with an access code).
For your relaxation, the living room is outfitted with a 50 inch Samsung Smart Ultra High Definition TV, the master and spare bedrooms each a 32 inch Samsung Smart HDTV.
