"The Sand Bucket" is a single story two bedroom/two bath town home conveniently located roughly 10 min from Folly Beach and 10 min from downtown historic Charleston. The James Island County Park is literally just a few minutes away. The park features paved trails, paddle boat, kayak, and bike rentals, fishing, playgrounds, and an awesome waterpark. The Super Walmart is within walking distance of our neighborhood.
The neighborhood is quiet and has a paved walking trail going around the entire community. There are free tennis courts in the neighborhood. Adjacent to the tennis courts is an area to park your boat or RV.
Our two bedrooms have queen beds. It sleeps 4. Front bath has a walk-in shower with rails suitable for handicapped individuals. We have WiFi, DVD player, and satellite TV. The town home is decorated throughout with the southern charm that is unique to Charleston.
