An architecturally modern house with old-world Charleston-style. Three of the 4 bedrooms have a bath en-suite. Guest suites are on second floor to give you privacy from the main living areas--sleep late if you wish! The Fourth Bedroom is a spacious and very private area on the third floor where 3 can sleep. The spacious Master Suite is on the main floor and has a king-sized bed and its own HVAC system. The upstairs guest floors can sleep up to 8 (2, 2, 3, 1) and there are 2 baths on the second floor. The main floor has 1 Master and 1.5 baths, so the total accommodated is 10 persons in 4 bedrooms. SweeterGrass is a great house for a family. There is an office area in a second floor suite, complete with wireless internet and USB ports to charge phones, for those who blend vacation with work. A daybed doubles as seating for TV viewing.

The Living area is bright and VERY comfortable and expands onto the deck or screened porch. It has three seating areas for intimate gatherings, plus a round table for games!
Dinner seating for 8 persons in dining room plus 6 in the kitchen plus 4 on the porch and 4 in the den makes this house a FABULOUS place for a family reunion and vacation.
Our house is on the lagoon, and surrounded by natural areas, so that you feel the charm of the low-country embracing you. Kids and adults will enjoy riding bikes on the paved 30 miles of bike paths. Get out the chalk and let their imaginations will go wild--play hopscotch and have a side-walk-artist-contest at the house without leaving the comfort of your vacation home!
Our kitchen is well stocked and comfortable, and spices, wraps, paper goods, etc. are supplied. It features a gas stove, so bring your specialty recipes and enjoy one another. Or, have your family-dinner catered by one of the fabulous specialists in the area.

Deer and other wildlife abound on this property surrounded by natural areas. It is a short and shaded walk to the beach on a beach-path, fabulous walking or biking on 30 miles of paved trails or the beach, 20 station Fitness trail, oh so many Shells on the beach, plus a fabulous sunset over the ocean from Beachwalk #32. Golf on beautiful area courses, ocean swimming, windsurfing, kayak or canoe on the creeks, Horseback Riding is nearby. Sightseeing, Restaurants, Parks, Boating, Fishing, Nature Center, Camp Kiawah for Kids, if you can do it out-of-doors you can probably do it here!
