This comfortable beach cottage centrally located on the golf course is only five minutes from the beach by golf cart. There is plenty of living space and 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people.
The sleeping spaces are spacious with one master bedroom with a king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms with twin beds.
In addition to the master bath there are two other full bathrooms. All bathrooms were fully renovated in 2013. An outdoor shower room is located outside in the garage.
You will find a newly remodeled kitchen with modern appliances and the house is set up for parents and children to enjoy their privacy in separate areas.
Enjoy the early mornings or evenings sitting in one of the two enclosed porch areas or outside on the deck to watch the deer and the many beautiful birds inhabiting the island roaming around the golf course.
We provide Wi-Fi internet access, the use of our golf cart and cable TV.
6 beach chairs and beach toys for children are also provided.
Guest cards can be purchased as we are members of the club. We can order the guest cards for you as they will give you access to the club amenities and the restaurants on the island. The rate is $50.00 per person and per week.
